| WHAT IS YOUR METHOD OF SHIPPING? |

The majority of our shipments travel in temperature-controlled
trucks via Fedex to a major postal facility near the destination.
Packages will then enter the preferential mail stream for final delivery
by the postal service to the Recipients’ home address. UPS delivers
packages as well so please provide street addresses. (No P.O. Boxes
please. ) |

| WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES? |

Pound for pound, citrus boxes are a terrific value. Boxes are typically
heavy though, weighing between 11and 45 lbs. Our high speed shipping
sytem reduces time in transit to an average of only 3-4 days.
Standard shipping charges for Citrus and Vidalia Onions is

11.95 per box, shipped anywhere in the 48 contiguous states. Cakes and other
Non-Citrus items ship for $9.95 (Summer fruit ships
for $12.95.) UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, 2 nd Day Air, Next Day
Air are also available. |

We are once again able to ship to these states due to a recent
USDA ruling. Shipments to Arizona, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands
and Hawaii remain prohibited by the USDA. We can ship citrus to Arizona
from Texas. (Boxes must contain only citrus. No candy is permitted.) |

AND FAMILY IN ARIZONA? |

We can ship non-citrus products to Arizona. We also have
an arrangement with an associate citrus shipper in Texas to ship your
package directly from their location. |

| WHAT IF THE RECIPIENT IS NOT PRESENT AT TIME OF DELIVERY? |

If delivery is made by the Post Office during inclement weather – the local Post Office will take the package back to their facility but leave a note either at the door or in the mailbox – the recipient must then contact the post office for redelivery or pick up arrangements. During the spring and summer months they may leave the package in a secure area at or around the front door. This same procedure holds true for UPS Shipments. Recipient can also leave a note specifying where they would like the package left. |

| DO YOU INCLUDE ANY ADVERTISMENTS OR CATALOGS IN YOUR BOXES? |

We do not include any invoices, vendor advertisements or catalogs in our shipments. If the order is for yourself you will receive a Thank You card for your order. If the package is for a recipient a gift card will be included containing your special message to them. The reverse portion of the card allows you or your recipient to answer a few short questions regarding the shipment received. These cards should then be returned to us. Our Customer Service Department reads each one and acts accordingly if necessary.
Gifts to recipients will show your name on the outside of the box along with their name and address. |
