IF I CHOOSE ASAP SHIPPING ON THE INTERNET WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
 

Depending on the weather conditions and fruit availability, fruit orders usually ship within one week or sooner. Expedited shipments will go out on the next available truck.
Note: We often make varieties available later than our variety calendar shows. If a variety is chosen that is beyond its typical availability date, it may take a bit longer to ship since we only visit that grove one day per week. (Example: Honey Tangerines ordered after March 31 are often still available but we only pick them one day each week.)

 
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
  Your order should arrive within 5-7 business days east of the Mississippi and 7-10 business days west of the Mississippi from the day it ships.
During the Christmas rush, ORDERS PLACED BY DEC. 17 SHOULD ARRIVE IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS. *Exceptions include Non-Citrus Items, Please order at least one week earlier *Please order gift baskets at least 3 days earlier. Note: Destinations in the Pacific NW typically take the longest in transit. Destinations east of the Mississippi are the easiest to make. (Sharon's homemade fudge is one non-citrus exception that is also still O.K. by Christmas)

WHAT IS YOUR METHOD OF SHIPPING?
  The majority of our shipments travel in temperature-controlled trucks via Fedex to a major postal facility near the destination. Packages will then enter the preferential mail stream for final delivery by the postal service to the Recipients' home address. UPS delivers packages as well so please provide street addresses. (No P.O. Boxes please. )
 
DO YOU SHIP VIA UPS?
  Yes – additional UPS shipping charges will apply. We require a complete street address to ship via UPS.
 
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES?
  Pound for pound, citrus boxes are a terrific value. Boxes are typically heavy though, weighing between 8.5 and 45 lbs. Our high speed shipping system reduces time in transit to an average of only 3-4 days. Standard shipping charges for Citrus $ 9.95 per box Note: Large Boxes-3 Trays or larger, please ADD additional $3.00 per box, shipped anywhere in the 48 contiguous states. UPS Ground. 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air are also available for the 48 contiguous states except for CA,TX, LA & AZ.
Cakes and most Non-Citrus items ship for $9.95.
Georgia Peaches ship for $12.95.
Vidalia Onions ship for $11.95.
Canada shipping charges for Citrus $ 19.95 per box. Note: Large Boxes-3 Trays or larger, please ADD additional $3.00 per box.
 
DO YOU SHIP TO CANADA?
  Yes we do, except for the Northwest, Nunavut, and the Yukon Territories. Citrus Items only. Please ADD delivery charge $19.95 per box Note: Large Boxes-3 Trays or larger, please ADD additional $3.00 per box. DO YOU SHIP TO EUROPE?
  We do not ship to Europe due to Federal regulations.
 
YES! WE CAN ONCE AGAIN SHIP FLORIDA CITRUS TO THE STATES OF CA, TX, LA & AZ!
  We are once again able to ship juicy and delicious Florida citrus to these states due to a change in the USDA ruling. (Boxes must contain citrus only and cannot be mixed with candy or honey.)
 
WHAT CAN I SHIP TO MY FRIENDS IN PUERTO RICO, THE VIRGIN ISLANDS AND H.I.?
  Shipments to, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands and Hawaii remain prohibited by the USDA but most non-citrus items are allowed. Please call our Customer Service Department at 1-888-617-6703 for shipping charges and shipping dates to this area.
 
WHAT IF THE RECIPIENT IS NOT PRESENT AT TIME OF DELIVERY?
  If delivery is made by the Post Office during inclement weather – the local Post Office will take the package back to their facility but leave a note either at the door or in the mailbox – the recipient must then contact the post office for redelivery or pick up arrangements. During the spring and summer months they may leave the package in a secure area at or around the front door. This same procedure holds true for UPS Shipments. Recipient can also leave a note specifying where they would like the package left.
 
DO YOU INCLUDE ANY ADVERTISEMENTS OR CATALOGS IN YOUR BOXES?
 

We do not include any invoices, vendor advertisements or catalogs in our shipments. If the order is for yourself you will receive a Thank You card for your order. If the package is for a recipient a gift card will be included containing your special message to them. The reverse portion of the card allows you or your recipient to answer a few short questions regarding the shipment received. These cards should then be returned to us. Our Customer Service Department reads each one and acts accordingly if necessary.

Gifts to recipients will show your name on the outside of the box along with their name and address.
 
HOW CAN I GET A CATALOG MAILED TO ME?

  If a check is being mailed to us for payment of an order the shipment will go out on our next available shipping date after the receipt of check.

  You can call our Order Department to place your order – at that time give the representative the promotion code number. If placing your order on the Internet – enter the promo code in the appropriate area at check out.
 
DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR LARGE ORDERS?
  Yes, the best volume discounts in the industry! 3-10 packages-5%, 11-25 packages-10%, 26-50 packages-15% and 51 or more packages-20%. Shipping charges are not discounted.
